There's never been a better time to find your dream home.

Whether it’s your first home or if you’re an experienced buyer, purchasing a home is a complex process. By working with me, you’ll find a home in the neighborhood where you want to live, one that fits your budget and meets your goals for features, quality and value. Once you’ve found the home that’s right for you, I will guide you through the process of making an offer, negotiating the terms of the sale, getting your potential purchase inspected, repaired and appraised, and closing the sale.

The Buying Process Simplified

1. Find Your Realtor

Hiring a good real estate is a critical aspect of the home buying process. They will not only help explain the process but will also aid in negotiating on your behalf.

2. Get Pre Approved

Getting pre approved not only shows your agent that you're serious about buying, it also gives you a solid idea of how much house you can afford and what your monthly payment will look like.

3. Home Shopping

Time to start looking for homes! Make sure you give your specifications to your Realtor so they can aid in researching and scheduling showings for the perfect home for your family!

4. Submit an Offer

Your agent will be in communication with the Listing agent to see if there are any key details or terms to implement in your offer. They will advise you on how to write the offer to ensure the best possible chances of getting accepted.

5. Inspect + Negotiate

The inspection period allows you to do your due diligence and hire professionals to inspect the property. If anything is found, your agent will advise you on the best possible route to move forward with the transaction.

6. Closing Day

Once inspections and the appraisal take place, all conditions have been met with your lender, and all negotiations have taken place, you will be able to officially close on your new home!
